At Sakrebailu Elephant Camp, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our financial transactions. we strive to ensure that all contributions are used effectively to support our Elephants. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue refunds.

1. Contribution and Purchase of ticket

All donations made to Sakrebailu Elephant camp are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a donations, Adoptions, Purchase of ticket was made in error or in an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed/credited within 30 business days and issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
